About
Parc Régional de la Forêt Ouareau covers over 150 km² and is accessible from six sectors. The park includes a mountainous area with a 120 km network of multi-functional trails for walking, cycling, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Rustic camping sites and shelters are available for overnight stays. The Ouareau River crosses the park, which also features wild lakes and recognized climbing walls managed by the Fédération québécoise de la montagne et de l’escalade (FQME). Camping is offered on-site.
