About
Cultus Lake Provincial Park is a popular destination in the Lower Mainland, characterized by a large, warm freshwater lake and forest-clad mountains. Located an hour and a half drive from Vancouver and 11km southwest of Chilliwack, the park has four campgrounds and a large day-use area. Nearby facilities include waterslides, golf courses, and various rentals. Activities within the park include hiking on five main trails, swimming in buoyed areas with sandy beaches, canoeing, kayaking, and waterskiing on Cultus Lake. Fishing for rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, and Dolly Varden is also available. Pets must be on a leash, and dogs are permitted in designated beach areas.
