About
Finlayson Point Provincial Park is a provincial campground located on Lake Temagami in Temagami, Ontario. Operating seasonally from May to October, the 47-hectare park features 100 campsites for tents and RVs, as well as roofed accommodations. On-site campground amenities include electrical hookups, water hookups, showers, and a dump station. Situated on a peninsula beneath stands of white and red pine, the campground serves as a base for canoeists, boaters, and anglers. Visitors can swim at sandy beaches along Lake Temagami or hike to the Caribou Mountain fire tower lookout, which offers views over the park, the town of Temagami, and the surrounding waters.
