About

Sproat Lake Provincial Park is located 13 km northwest of Port Alberni on central Vancouver Island. The park features two separate campgrounds and a large day-use area. It is situated on the north shore of Sproat Lake, which offers opportunities for swimming, fishing, waterskiing, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and scuba diving. Short access trails connect the upper and lower campgrounds and lead to a panel of prehistoric petroglyphs at the east end of the park. Pets must be on a leash. The park is operated by RLC Park Services.
