About
Gooseberry Provincial Recreation Area is located 10 km west of Bragg Creek, Alberta, along Highway 66. This provincial campground features over 80 campsites situated in an aspen and pine forest near the Elbow River. Accommodation options include walk-in tent sites and RV sites equipped with electrical hookups. A sewage disposal station is available for visitor use at the nearby Elbow Valley Visitor Information Centre. Visitors to the area have access to fishing, hiking, and biking opportunities. A Kananaskis Conservation Pass is required for vehicle parking within the site. The campground operates from May to September.
