Cold Lake Provincial Park Campground is a provincial campground located 3 km northeast of Cold Lake, Alberta, off Hwy. 28. The park is situated in a transition zone between parkland and boreal forest, with sand beaches and lakeshore landscapes. The shower house is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. The park offers camping in tall trees and access to a sandy beach. Construction activities are planned from September 15, 2026, to June 30, 2027, including tree clearing and site preparation for park improvements. The trail network will remain accessible during this time.
