About
MacGregor Point Provincial Park is a natural environment park established in 1975, covering 1492 hectares on the Lake Huron shoreline near Port Elgin, Ontario. Park interpreters offer a full summer program of activities, including guided walks through various ecosystems. It is known for migrating birds and hosts the Huron Fringe Birding Festival. The park also celebrates Halloween with "Witches in the Woods." Winter visitors can camp in yurts, snowshoe, cross-country ski, and ice skate on a 400-meter oval, weather permitting. Huron Campground at MacGregor Point Provincial Park is open from May to October.
