Campground of the Rockies is a private RV ranch located in Fairplay, Colorado, in Park County, south of Highway 285. It is a membership park, and campsites are for the private use of members and their guests only. The 600-acre RV ranch features recreational facilities for lot owners, including a lodge, bathhouse, launderette, heated swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, baseball diamond, horseshoes, hiking paths, and horse corral. Free limited WiFi is available at many campsites and the clubhouse. Per zoning regulations, camping units may be occupied for no more than six months in any twelve-month period.
