About
Jones Lake Main Recreation Area is located 42 kilometers east of Chilliwack, British Columbia, on the north shore of Jones Lake. It operates from May 1 to October 31. The area includes two distinct camping sections: one north of Boulder Creek with 31 campsites, and another south of Boulder Creek with 6 campsites, plus a grassy landing. Each campsite features a fire ring and picnic table. Facilities at Jones Lake Main include pit toilets and reservoir access for cartop boats. Drinking water is not available. Wheelchair accessible campsites are designated within the recreation area. Access is via an active logging road with steep, rough sections, suitable for 4x4 vehicles; small cars, RVs, and trailers are not recommended.
