Halfmoon Lake Campground is located on the shore of Halfmoon Lake in Thorhild County, Alberta. It operates annually from May 15 to September 30. All campsites are seasonal sites and must be reserved in advance for the entire camping season; no overnight or short-term camping is available. Each seasonal site includes power, a fire pit, and a picnic table. Day-use visitors can access public areas and a boat launch daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Amenities include a swimming area, playground, cook shack, washrooms, change rooms, and fire pits, with firewood available for purchase. Dogs are only permitted within designated seasonal campsites and must be registered.
