The 70-acre grounds include field, bush, and a pond. Facilities feature the Coker Building with a kitchen (fridge, stove, hot and cold potable water), heated Port-a-Johns, a covered picnic shelter with tables, and a fire pit. Renters must bring their own firewood. Weekend rentals accommodate up to 60 occupants, while weekday evenings accommodate up to 50.
