Shaw's Point Resort is located in High Prairie, Alberta. It offers overnight, group, and seasonal camping, as well as cabins. Camping options include fully and partially serviced sites with potable drinking hookups, sewer onsite/dumpage points, picnic tables, and firepits. Cabins are located near the restaurant, shower house, laundromat, and second marina. Facilities include two coin-powered shower houses, two coin-powered laundromats, a fish cleaning station, and two sani-dump locations. The resort features natural white sand beaches, including a sandy off-leash dog beach. There is a restaurant, a store, and an open-air market during peak season. Pontoon boats, paddleboards, canoes, and kayaks are available for rent. Winter ice fishing is offered, and cabins are available at discounted rates through March. The resort provides access to the Canada Trail.
