Mountain Trout Camp is located on Gillies Lake in the Northern Bruce Peninsula, 30 minutes south of Tobermory, Ontario. This seasonal campground operates from the second Friday of May through the second Monday of October. Accommodations include roofed rentals, overnight tent and trailer sites, and seasonal trailer sites. On-site facilities feature public washrooms, showers, laundry, a septic dump station, and a camp office selling various supplies. Recreational amenities include a private boat launch, boat rentals, a beach, waterpark, children's playgrounds, an indoor games room, sports courts, and an off-leash dog park. Potable water is provided throughout the site, and Wi-Fi access is available for an additional fee.
